Return or Replacement and Refund Policy  online Return and Refund policy helps you to understand the overall process of returning your purchased products including the terms of successfully completing this process.

All returns are subject to  online return and refund policy.

if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can always opt for an exchange or refund within 5 days; provided the product/s are unused and returned in its original condition. 

  1.  online will accept the returned items under the below terms & conditions:
  2. You must submit the original receipt when you claim a refund or exchange within 5 days.
  3. The original packing should be returned undamaged and in resale condition.
  4. Exchange or refund can be within 5 days only.

Below items can be accepted for return only with the same delivery driver on the spot:

  1. Frozen items
  2. Butchery & Poultry items. (Fresh Meat, Fresh chicken,… etc.)
  3. Fishery items.
  4. Newspaper, Magazines, Books & CDs.
  5. Milk, juices and all beverages
  6. Prepaid Cards (Salik, NOL, Etisalat & Du).

The following items can not be accepted for return or replacement

  1. underwear.
  2. Personal care (only in case of different specifications)

We ensure high quality and freshness upon delivery, However, in some cases if you aren’t satisfied with the delivered products due to it is damaged or wrong products on delivery:


  1. You can get the item replaced without any additional delivery charges.
  2. You can get the refund of the damaged products.
  3. If you chose “pay on delivery” option, the price of damaged/wrong product will be deducted from the final bill.


In-case of return the refunds will be done in the same mode of payment used during your online purchase. So if you used bank card, we will credit the amount to your card.
